Ralph Shafer
Owner
Ralph joined the HVAC industry in 1997, and has taken magnificent pleasure in providing each of his clients the best customer service experience while providing personal attention to each detail of their project. In 2011, with the support of his wife Teresa (36 years together), and friend & co-worker Dave Pershing, they decided to open the doors of Ultimate Comfort. From that day forward, he strives to provide the best experience to all his customers. In Ralph’s free time, he enjoys boating with our mascot Bentley, camping with his family and movie night with his wife, Teresa.
Ralph and Dave’s commitment as business partners of Ultimate Comfort, is to always work hard to build a sustainable and enjoyable place for all their employees to call home, and to allow them the opportunity to carry on the Ultimate Comfort way of serving each of our customers.

Owner
Teresa Shafer, married to Ralph Shafer joined the Ultimate Comfort Team at start of the business in 2011. Teresa shares her 38 years of banking and customer experience with the Ultimate Team. Teresa offers a passion for customers and team work; and values a job well done. In Teresa’s free time, she enjoys travelling, camping, and experiencing new adventures with their daughter, Ralph, and of course our favorite mascot Bentley.
